Job Summary
Role:Head of Operations
Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation warehousing and last-mile delivery
Ensure smooth execution of supply chain processes with minimal disruptions
Monitor KPIs such as TAT delivery accuracy cost per shipment and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
Drive expansion plans network optimization and capacity planning
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
Establish SOPs and continuously improve operational processes
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Lead mentor and develop regional and functional operations teams
Build a high-performance culture with focus on accountability and results
Manage manpower planning and productivity optimization
Manage relationships with transporters vendors and service providers
Negotiate contracts and ensure service level adherence
Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales Finance and HR
Manage operational budgets and control costs
Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives
Ensure profitability and efficiency across operations
Ensure high service quality and timely deliveries
Address escalations and implement corrective actions
