Job Summary

A Technical Manager oversees various aspects of projects within the retail sector ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and within budget.


Required Skills:

  • 10 years of total experience preferably in Retail/Supply chain Domain/OMS. (Mandatory)
  • Any OMS/WMS/Ecommerce/Supply chain experience.
  • Strong Project Management Skills.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Databases.
  • Good knowledge of Microservices Architecture.


Job Description:

  • Ability to do Account mining work on growth strategy etc.
  • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
  • Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements define scope create estimates and produce project charters.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite.
  • Responsible for multiple project planning scheduling cost control progress reports quality and reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes methodologies and tools ensuring ongoing optimization and innovation in project delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Develop supporting documentation and materials including demonstrations presentations and other tools to ensure solutions are easy to manage and repeatable.
  • Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates.
  • Ensure high customer connect for the project building processes for all relevant team members to engage with the customer.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure project success and regularly report progress to stakeholders.
  • Ability to build proposals (RFPs) for new clients.
  • Lead the development of proposals for retail projects leveraging your expertise to craft compelling solutions that address client requirements and demonstrate value.
  • Participate in recruitment process of technical resources.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
