Job Summary
The role involves acquiring and managing relationships with schools colleges and educational institutions for secured and unsecured funding solutions. The SM will lead business development drive portfolio growth and ensure adherence to credit and risk standards.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new educational institution clients through market mapping references and direct sourcing.
Drive business for Term Loans Working Capital Infrastructure Loans and Fee Financing.
Manage end-to-end deal cycle including documentation coordination with credit legal and operations teams.
Oversee portfolio quality through regular reviews renewals and risk monitoring.
Build strong relationships with promoters trustees and key decision-makers of institutions.
Provide guidance to team members (if applicable) and support regional business development strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Educational Institution Finance / SME Lending / Corporate Lending.
Strong understanding of institution funding models financial analysis and compliance.
Ability to acquire high-value clients and handle large-ticket proposals.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
