Job Summary
This role involves sourcing and managing Working Capital products (CC/OD/Term Loan) for SME and emerging business clients. The RM will focus on acquisition portfolio management and deepening relationships while ensuring high-quality business sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Working Capital customers through market visits references and channel partnerships.
Manage end-to-end sourcing for CC OD and Term Loan proposals.
Conduct financial assessment gather banking and financial documents and coordinate with credit teams for evaluation.
Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies.
Manage existing relationships with periodic reviews renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain strong market intelligence for competition analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Working Capital Lending / SME Finance.
Strong knowledge of CC/OD/Term Loan products and assessment methodologies.
Good understanding of local SME markets across the assigned locations.
Strong communication analytical ability and client-handling skills.
