Job Summary
We are hiring a Trade Relationship Manager for the Trade & Forex vertical to drive acquisition and servicing of clients engaged in import–export business. The role involves providing transaction-based advisory cross-selling trade products and ensuring seamless execution of trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients for Trade & Forex products—LC BG OD against FDR export finance import finance etc.
Manage and grow existing trade relationships to increase transaction volumes.
Provide advisory on trade transactions documentation FEMA guidelines and RBI regulations.
Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Drive revenue through cross-selling of current accounts CMS POS and other business banking products.
Conduct regular client visits for portfolio deepening and opportunity identification.
Maintain strict adherence to internal and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Finance / Forex / Business Banking.
Strong knowledge of LC BG OD export & import documentation FEMA norms and trade processes.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage high-value SME and corporate trade customers.
