Job Summary
We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Educational Institution Finance division to manage and grow relationships with schools colleges coaching institutions and other educational establishments. The role focuses on sourcing business loans understanding institutional funding needs and driving portfolio expansion through direct acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new educational institution clients for secured and unsecured lending.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (trustees principals owners).
Conduct financial analysis evaluate creditworthiness and ensure high-quality sourcing.
Generate leads through market visits referrals and local network engagement.
Coordinate with credit legal and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement.
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely documentation and compliance.
Support cross-selling of relevant financial products.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI / SME Lending / Institutional Lending.
Experience in Educational Institution Finance will be an added advantage.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to conduct market research and understand institutional financing requirements.
