Player 15 Group is seeking a Training Design Specialist to help in enhancing a companys productivity and efficiency by helping to support leadership and develop programs trainings and experiential learning programs. This role will be responsible for is responsible for developing high-quality learning experiences that support organizational goals and enhance team member performance. This role focuses on instructional design curriculum development and the creation of engaging digital and instructor-led training solutions. The Training Design Specialist partners closely with subject-matter experts learning leaders and operational stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate impactful and aligned with business needs.
They will help with both the design and execution of key projects related to leadership development organizational development and continuous improvement. They identify areas for improvement help support strategic initiatives. Collaborating with leadership and various departments they facilitate change management and employee engagement programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Their expertise ensures that organizational goals align with overall business objectives leading to sustainable growth and enhanced performance.

What You Will Do:
The role of a Training Design Specialistinvolves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of an organization and will report to the EVP Chief Operations Officer. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop training materials such as e-learning modules videos scripts facilitator guides job aids and SOP development
- Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE SAM or similar) to create effective learner-centered training.
- Support facilitation of training when needed particularly for pilot programs or new content rollouts.
- Support leadership developmentand training programs to improve employee engagement and performance. This will include curriculum and outline development.
- Maintain and update training content to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Conduct organizational assessmentsto identify areas for improvement in processes systems and procedures. This will include assessments data analysis and creating recommendations from the data.
What We Need from Our Operations Specialist:
- Strong ability to write clear concise and instructionally sound content for diverse audiences
- Experience in coordination of design plans for workshops and training sessions.
- Create and design in person training material and digital web based training
- Experience in using a LMS platform or digital learning technologies/tools
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Have a Growth Mindset: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and continuously learn.
- Prepare summary reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Be a Great Teammate: Ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the organization.
- Partner with People and Culture and other departments for alignment of strategies
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for specialized projects.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Organizational Development Business Administration Education Communication
- Minimum of 2 years org/learning training development or curriculum development
- Strong organizational and project management skills with proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- Strong Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
