SALES TRAINING DESIGN DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION
Serve as an ambassador for the Sales Athlete program at all levels of the sales organization.
Drive innovative training execution by facilitating both instructor-led and virtual training to maximize the effectiveness of the sales force.
Conduct periodic needs analyses with the Director of Sales Training to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements.
Develop learning solutions including job aids e-learning modules videos podcasts case studies and other formats.
Manage training projects which may include reinforcement training train-the-trainer certifications and other programs that support the scalable delivery of learning solutions for Field Sales.
SALES ROLE ONBOARDING BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS AND CONTENT GOVERNANCE
In partnership with the Talent team lead the design and development of onboarding programs for Field Sales roles.
Collaborate with a diverse group of Subject Matter Experts stakeholders and vendors across multiple regions on objectives content and communication strategies; effectively manage the design scope and development timelines.
Apply consultative skills to support the creation and refinement of learning solutions within RBDC Sales.
Implement learning plans and role-specific onboarding resources for every learner within the Field Sales RBDC organization. These learning plans will accommodate the various roles in the organization and align learning with the most appropriate timing to maximize relevance.
Oversee content governance by managing and optimizing current resource libraries and training databases including but not limited to the HUB LMS Teams and other platforms.
Leverage technology to deliver innovative learning solutions that are efficient and effective reserving onboarding and instructor-led training for high-impact transformational learning experiences.
Ensure that development solutions are effective sustainable and results-driven and that they are continuously evaluated and improved.
MEASURE AND ADAPT
This position will collaborate with the analytics and sales training teams to establish metrics that measure the performance and success of sales role onboarding and ongoing instructor-led training programs. Through this process the Sales Training Manager identifies areas for improvement and develops solutions to enhance the effectiveness of these training programs. The role also assists in preparing and participating in senior management reporting to support strategy formulation and informed decision-making.
Qualifications :
3 years of related experience in a talent management/development and/or training and development role.
5 years of experience in a field sales role; experience in the CPG (beverage) industry is strongly preferred.
Strongly preferred: knowledge of CPG sales including trade programs pricing product assortment promotions and execution.
Experience integrating business training needs into effective learning solutions.
Proven experience designing and developing onboarding for sales roles as well as managing and facilitating learning experiences for sales personnel.
Extensive experience with training systems tools and processes; operational acumen is preferred.
Strong project management consultative and communication skills.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to train and present at multiple levels across the organization.
Ability to think strategically and synthesize complex business concepts; solutions-oriented mindset.
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced iterative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint Excel and Word; experience with learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS is preferred.
Professional training certifications are preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92000 - 138000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
