Job Summary
A reputed automotive service and collision repair company in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced Bodyshop Managers. Candidates must have strong leadership and GCC experience with deep knowledge of body repair operations customer service and workshop management.
SALARY: KWD 500 800
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily bodyshop operations workflow and team supervision.
- Manage repair jobs estimates scheduling and quality control.
- Coordinate with customers insurance companies and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and workshop standards.
- Monitor productivity performance and job delivery timelines.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Lead teams of technicians painters denters and polishers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automotive or Mechanical field preferred.
- Minimum 35 years experience managing automotive bodyshops.
- Strong knowledge of denting painting polishing and repair processes.
- Excellent communication leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage workflow teams and workshop operations efficiently.
