Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for medical products laboratory items surgical consumables and pharmaceuticals.
- Implement corporate sales strategies and programs to support business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging market trends.
- Maintain and manage the customer database effectively.
- Formulate category targets based on market growth market potential and new product innovation.
- Maintain effective communication with principals and partners regarding partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Science Marketing Biology Biotechnology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Degree or 5 years of experience in the Healthcare or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong IT literacy and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
