ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE (Welisara)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely provision of accurate management accounts.
Facilitate the annual audits by coordinating with auditors.
Ensure internal controls and practices are implemented.
Prepare and present the annual budgets corporate plans by coordinating with the other departments
Ensure effective tax management by timely and accurate planning.
Carry out financial feasibility studies by coordinating with other departments.
To develop and manage the team by providing regular feedback and guidance on individual performance
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA member.
Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience in an accounting and finance field.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
