Job Summary
Our client in the hospitalty industry is seeking an organised proactive and detail-driven Group Marketing Administrator to support their marketing operations and reservation services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality marketing. The successful candidate will manage general marketing enquiries handle rate requests maintain essential marketing databases and provide backup support for website reservations when the main reservationist is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to general marketing enquiries across the group.
Process coordinate and track rate requests.
Update and maintain all marketing databases including Mailchimp mailing lists and segmentation.
Provide coverage for website reservation duties during the reservationists leave or absence.
Keep marketing materials digital assets and guest communications accurate and up to date.
Ensure smooth communication between the marketing reservations and operational teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in marketing administration or hospitality is an advantage.
Proficiency with Mailchimp CRMs and general marketing tools preferred.
Strong organisational and data-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines.
Professional customer-focused attitude.
