Responsibilities:
- Maintaining of the housekeeping in Workshop system.
- Assisting staff in other depots with problems or queries to ensure the smooth running of the system.
- Control and administration of monthly stock counts and completion of various month end reports for the accounts department.
- Manage inventory of workshop supplies and parts.
- Process customer orders and requests.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Maintain customer records.
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
Key Skills:
- High computer literacy conversant with Windows MS Word Excel and Access.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Be able to communicate well at all levels and have the capacity to train and help others.
