Your Role: Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant

This position is your launchpad into a high-growth career. You will immerse yourself in the full recruitment lifecycle gaining expertise through best-in-class training and our structured Talenture Momentum Programme.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Mastering the art of sourcing exceptional candidates via digital tools professional networks and industry engagement.
Conducting insightful interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment.
Cultivating trusted lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Managing the offer process and successfully closing placements.
Owning the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle from initial search to final hire.
Developing deep expertise within your assigned industry vertical.
