Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements; manage month-

end and year-end close.

Maintain general ledger reconciliations and cash-flow

management.

Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and variance

analysis.

Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax regulations (VAT

PAYE corporate tax).

Oversee stock controls procurement processes and

internal audit frameworks.

Coordinate internal and external audits and manage risk

improvements.

Supervise junior accounting staff and support

management with financial insights.

Requirements

Requirements

Mandatory retail experience (supermarkets pharmacies

or similar).

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

ACA ACCA or ICAN certification.

57 years experience including at least 2 years in a

senior role.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and accounting

standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
