Leadership and Strategic Responsibilities:
Set and Lead Group Sales Vision: Architect and champion a unified group-wide sales strategy aligned with ARMs transformation goals and corporate growth agenda.
Client-Centric Sales Architecture: Redesign the sales organization around defined client segments Retail Mass Affluent HNIs/UHNIs and Institutional ensuring integration and alignment across subsidiaries.
Segment-Specific Client Strategy and Experience: Design and champion client engagement strategies tailored to the unique needs of each segment ensuring consistent value delivery and seamless experiences across the groups offerings.
Revenue Leadership Across Segments: Drive top-line growth by working through segment heads and business MDs ensuring the execution of segment-specific strategies that ladder up to group-level revenue targets.
Business and Operational Responsibilities:
Sales Organization Design: Implement a scalable sales operating model defining segment head roles centralized enablement support CRM adoption and data-driven performance tracking.
Sales Talent Strategy: Oversee the recruitment onboarding and continuous development of a high-performing sales force. Ensure the team possesses the mindset competencies and capacity required to execute against ARMs growth client engagement and digital transformation goals.
Sales Enablement and Tools: Drive the digitization of sales workflows and client engagement by leading the implementation and adoption of CRM systems automation tools and advanced analytics platforms. Ensure these tools enhance productivity inform decision-making and enable a data-driven sales culture across all segments.
Sales Strategy Execution: Translate strategic plans into actionable go-to-market playbooks by segment. Set stretch sales targets and KPIs tracking performance weekly

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in business Finance Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
20 years of senior leadership experience in sales and business development roles.
Strong preference for experience in asset management or broader financial services but must also demonstrate success managing group-level sales across diverse client segments.
Proven ability to lead complex multi-business sales organizations.
Demonstrated success in building integrated sales strategies cross-functional leadership and delivering significant revenue growth.
Experience leading large-scale sales transformations or turnaround programs in complex multi-entity financial services organizations is highly desirable.
Experience working with matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority.
