About the Role
Operating within a hub-and-spoke service model the Enrolment and Progression Officer acts as a dedicated specialist (spoke) supporting specific academic areas. The role is responsible for managing complex (tier 2) enquiries and applications related to subject and course enrolment variations progression and completion. You will draw on a strong understanding of institutional policy and regulatory requirements to ensure all decisions are accurate consistent and compliant. The position supports students across both onshore and offshore campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tier 2 enrolment and progression enquiries and applications ensuring timely accurate and policy-aligned outcomes.
- Develop update and communicate individual and cohort study plans.
- Assess and confirm students eligibility for completion and conferral.
- Provide expert advice and problem-solving to academic and professional stakeholders fostering strong service relationships.
- Assist with operational demands across the Enrolment and Progression team during peak periods.

You will bring excellent judgement strong attention to detail and confidence working with complex rules and policies. You are service-focused solutions-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
