Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our Health and Education team in Adelaide and play a key role in delivering accurate financial support that underpins essential healthcare services. Reporting to the Finance Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our clients and communities.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

Provide financial and administrative support across Health contracts to ensure service excellence.
Assist with invoicing financial reporting and monitoring performance to meet compliance and client expectations.
Manage procurement activities including purchase orders vendor records and contract renewals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve queries and maintain transparency.
Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies that directly enhance service delivery.

What Youll Bring

Certificate IV or higher in Accounting Finance Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in finance accounts procurement or contract administration.
Proficiency in SAP Coupa and Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
