Job Summary

  • Handle incoming calls orders inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Process orders invoices and credits accurately.
  • Provide support to customers branches and other teams.
  • Liaise with freight providers and logistics teams.
  • Manage stock replenishment and back orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports and documentation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Experience with Export orders
  • Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
  • Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
  • Be self-motivated quick leaner with a can-do attitude.
  • Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
