Job Title: Key Account Manager (Multi-Brand Airline Representation) Location: Kenya
Department: Sales & Airline Representation
Reports to: Head Commercial / Business Development
Role Overview As a Key Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and managing strategic relationships for multiple airline partners. You will act as the main liaison between our travel partners and airline principals ensuring commercial targets brand representation and service excellence are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities -
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients travel agencies and distribution partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for all represented airlines ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for each airline brand.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate trade and leisure travel segments.

Serve as a brand ambassador for each airline partner effectively communicating their brand values policies and promotional initiatives.

Prepare detailed account plans performance reports and sales forecasts to monitor progress against objectives.

Analyze market trends competitor activity and client feedback to refine sales tactics and enhance service delivery.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure promotional activities and service commitments are met.

Support airline partners in achieving commercial and marketing objectives including yield improvement and market share growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Aviation or a related field.

Proven experience in sales key account management or business development within the travel airline or GSA (General Sales Agent) industry.

Strong relationship management negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple airline accounts and balance diverse commercial priorities.

Excellent presentation reporting and analytical skills.

Familiarity with airline reservation systems (GDS) and airline sales processes is an advantage.

Self-driven result-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
