Job Summary
-
Develop and align QA processes with business needs and company quality policy.

Plan conduct and monitor product/material testing and inspections.

Design process flow charts and SOPs.
-
Coordinate product trials with Production Manager before commercial runs.
-
Investigate customer complaints implement corrective/preventive actions.
-
Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices for product integrity and safety.
-
Assess raw materials to guarantee quality inputs.
-
Conduct internal audits for compliance with food safety and GMP.
-
Support external audits evaluate findings and apply corrective measures.
-
Lead KAIZEN initiatives for continuous improvement.
-
Provide internal training and awareness on quality and safety issues.
