Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within SkySun/Lytegen.
- Source candidates through portals LinkedIn and internal referrals.
- Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports accurately.
- Support onboarding joining formalities and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams across India and the US.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate management.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
