Recruiter-Digital Print Machine-Surat-25kJob SummaryThe Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting
process to attract evaluate and hire qualified candidates. This role
partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivers
a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals and
timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing through offer)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards social media referrals and networking
- Screen resumes and conducts phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and extend job offers and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill quality of hire)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Strong interviewing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting in a specific industry (manufacturing healthcare tech etc.)
- Experience with high-volume or specialized recruiting
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
