Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and monitor all dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of steel building components to clients and project sites.
- Supervise loading and offloading processes ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Manage vehicle scheduling routing and driver assignments for optimal delivery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records delivery notes and transport documentation.
- Liaise with the production logistics and project teams to align dispatch schedules with manufacturing output and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies health and safety regulations and transport legislation.
- Track deliveries and resolve any delays discrepancies or transport issues promptly.
- Oversee and train dispatch staff to maintain productivity accuracy and safety standards.
- Monitor and report on dispatch performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
