We are seeking a capable and reliable Branch Manager 2IC to support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch. This role ensures operational continuity effective staff management and high service standards whenever the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the Branch Manager in their absence ensuring smooth branch operations.
- Oversee branch staff providing guidance support and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs administrative requirements and operational policies.
- Manage customer relationships resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor stock levels inventory control and other branch operational metrics.
- Assist in reporting on branch performance and providing actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of operational procedures SOPs and basic business processes.
- Ability to make sound decisions within defined authority.
- Practical trustworthy and able to manage both people and operational tasks effectively.
- Irrigation background preferred.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management Agriculture or related field
