Job Summary

Our client a well-established organisation in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead their business operations. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the companys performance drive strategic growth and ensure operational excellence across all departments.

Salary and Benefits:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve company goals and profitability targets.
  • Oversee all operational functions including sales finance service logistics and human resources.
  • Develop and execute business plans to strengthen market position and drive sustainable growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability performance and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Monitor financial performance budgets and key business metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enhance competitiveness and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide department heads to ensure alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Report regularly to the Board on company performance and key operational updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management Commerce Engineering or a related field.
  • A post-graduate qualification such as an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 15 years senior management experience ideally within the automotive manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth.
