We are seeking a dynamic experienced and visionary General Manager (GM) to lead all aspects of our clients operations. The GM will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-daymanagement of the club ensuring excellence in service delivery member satisfaction and operational efficiency across all sports departments and future sports development.

Responsibilities
- Club Operations: Oversee all club facilities including the golf course cricket grounds restaurant bar and clubhouse amenities.
- Strategic Development: Drive the expansion of new sports offerings such as padel and pickleball aligning with the clubs vision and member interests.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit train and manage a high-performing team across all departments.
- Member Engagement: Foster a welcoming inclusive and engaging environment for members and guests.
- Event Management: Coordinate and promote golf tournaments cricket fixtures social events and corporate functions.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and continuous improvement of all club facilities and grounds.
- Board Reporting: Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Executive Board.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in club hospitality or sports facility management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for sports especially golf with an understanding of club culture.
- Experience in launching or managing new sports facilities is a plus.
