Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures

Lead train and supervise baristas and service staff

Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality

Oversee stock control supplier orders and inventory management

Handle staff scheduling performance management and shift allocation

Manage cash-up banking and daily financial reconciliations

Implement and maintain hygiene health and safety standards

Monitor sales performance and support promotional activities

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Ensure the shop environment is clean welcoming and well-presented
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or hospitality supervisor

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Good understanding of stock management and basic financial controls

Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volumes

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Barista experience is an advantage
