Restore Talent is searching for a proven Service Manager to lead a high-performing team for an international distributor in the agriculture and construction equipment sector.
What youll do:
Take ownership of service operations in both field and workshop environments ensuring timely quality repairs with close to zero redo work.
Lead and inspire a team of technicians cultivating apprentices into lead technicians.
Build lasting relationships with suppliers and clients making the service division the primary reason customers choose us.
Develop new service offerings optimize resource utilization and ensure best-in-class health and safety standards.
Use your expertise in KPIs to transform service into the companys leading profit driver.
Who you are:
Experienced in running profitable service operations for first-class distributors (7-10 years minimum).
Driven to boost departmental resultsproductivity profitability and first-time repair success.
Skilled at service administration invoicing and stakeholder engagement.

Team development: able to build technicians from apprentice to lead level
Strict adherence to health and safety standards
Accurate and timely service administration and invoicing
Expertise with service KPIs and profit generation for the department
