Job Summary
- Oversee the IT infrastructure and systems within the organization.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all hardware software and networking systems.
- Provide end-user support. Manage user accounts including set up removal and resetting passwords in order to ensure confidentiality and proper use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently and escalate if necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science etc or equivalent.
- Cloud and network related Certifications & Trainings.
