Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Setting up a high availability environment using external hardware F5 load balancer Apache httpd Nginx web server and troubleshoot middleware technologies (WebLogic Tomcat etc.).
Monitor middleware performance capacity and availability ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
Participate in incidents problems and change management activities using ServiceNow.
Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Maintain middleware documentation configuration standards and knowledge base articles.
Support security compliance patching and upgrades for middleware components.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk Newrelic).
Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work in 24x7 production support environments (if required) and Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell Python PowerShell).
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
