Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter (2 7 years) to join our team at our Kondapur Hyderabad office. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for US IT positions working directly with clients account managers and candidates to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

Work on W2 C2C and 1099 hiring models.

Source candidates through job portals (Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn) and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
-
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients.
-
Negotiate pay rates and close positions within SLA.
-
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS.
-
Meet daily submissions interviews and closure targets.

Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and work authorization guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B GC USC OPT CPT TN).

Good understanding of IT technologies and roles ( Cloud DevOps Data QA etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in US night shifts from office.

Strong negotiation sourcing and relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with MSP/VMS recruitment.

Exposure to ATS/CRM tools.

Prior experience working with US staffing or consulting firms.
