- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and industry regulations.
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Drive branch sales targets and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the branchs market presence.
- Recruit train supervise and evaluate branch staff.
- Set performance goals conduct performance appraisals and motivate the team to achieve results.

- Manage branch budgets expenses and financial reporting.
