Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full supply chain function: procurement warehousing inventory logistics and distribution.
- Develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned to companys retail expansion and operational goals.
- Ensure optimal stock levels high inventory accuracy and reduced shrinkage across all stores.
- Oversee supplier negotiations contracts and performance management.
- Strengthen warehouse and distribution efficiency route planning and delivery performance.
- Drive demand planning forecasting and process improvement using SAP and digital tools.
- Manage supply chain budgets cost control and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Health standards SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strategic thinking operational discipline leadership data-driven decision-making cross-functional collaboration and strong accountability.
- Strong analytical negotiation and operational excellence skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Management or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years senior supply chain experience ideally in retail FMCG poultry or agriculture.
- Proven leadership of large teams and multi-site operations.
