Position Mission:Direct the design and implementation of infrastructure and business development plans in coordination with the Regional Director as well as oversee the overall management of the operation to ensure compliance with the legal framework internal policies and the achievement of the objectives set for the region.
Your Impact:As REGIONAL SR MANAGER you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
1 | Establish infrastructure and business development plans for the region in coordination with the Regional Director. |
2 | Direct and implement the development and sales strategies of products and services. |
3 | Ensure the construction operation and maintenance of the physical network and product delivery. |
4 | Ensure customer care and service. |
5 | Guarantee the physical integrity of the community staff and resources as well as the image of the company. Guarantee the management of the Quality Management System. Comply with H&S rules internal and external procedures applicable to the job position. |
6 | Establish public relations strategies in coordination with the Regional Director. |
Requirements:To join our team as REGIONAL SR MANAGER we are looking for:
- Education and Experience:Degree in Engineering Administration or related.
- Technical Skills:Finances skills. Management skill. Office/ SAP/ Local Systems
- Key Competencies:Leadership problem analysis planning and organization collaborator development teamwork.
- Languages: Advanced English
