We are seeking two (2) Assessment Analysts / Writers to support a client engagement in Los Angeles. This role combines strong analytical skills professional writing expertise and consulting experience with a focus on the water utilities sector and adjacent industries.
This position is being proposed as part of a Request for Proposal (RFP) that is anticipated to be awarded later this year with selected candidates contingent upon contract approval.
WORKSITE: Los Angeles CA onsite
WORK SCHEDULE: Approximately 36 hours per week February August 2026 (7 months)
PAY RATE: $70.00 -$75.00 per hour

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Conduct research and assessments in the water utilities and adjacent industries
- Draft high-quality reports assessments and written deliverables for client review
- Synthesize complex technical and operational information into clear concise documentation
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Provide consulting insights and recommendations based on findings and industry knowledge
WHAT YOULL BRING:
- Proven expertise in professional writing research and analysis
- Strong consulting and client engagement skills
- Prior experience working with water utilities and/or adjacent industries
- Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Availability to work 36 hours per week onsite in Los Angeles February August 2026
- Writing samples will be required as part of the application process
