Job Summary

We are seeking two (2) Assessment Analysts / Writers to support a client engagement in Los Angeles. This role combines strong analytical skills professional writing expertise and consulting experience with a focus on the water utilities sector and adjacent industries.

This position is being proposed as part of a Request for Proposal (RFP) that is anticipated to be awarded later this year with selected candidates contingent upon contract approval.

WORKSITE: Los Angeles CA onsite

WORK SCHEDULE: Approximately 36 hours per week February August 2026 (7 months)

PAY RATE: $70.00 -$75.00 per hour

WHAT YOULL DO:

Conduct research and assessments in the water utilities and adjacent industries
Draft high-quality reports assessments and written deliverables for client review
Synthesize complex technical and operational information into clear concise documentation
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
Provide consulting insights and recommendations based on findings and industry knowledge

WHAT YOULL BRING:

Proven expertise in professional writing research and analysis
Strong consulting and client engagement skills
Prior experience working with water utilities and/or adjacent industries
Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Availability to work 36 hours per week onsite in Los Angeles February August 2026
Writing samples will be required as part of the application process
