Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab
Location: Utica NY 13502
Shift: Weekend Doubles Every Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM 11:00 PM (32 hours/week)
Duration: 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)
Compensation:

Travel: $2302 Weekly Gross (for 32 hours)
Local: $1792 Weekly Gross (for 32 hours)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rehab unit on a weekend double-shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong long-term care (LTC) experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a rehab setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with established standards policies and scope of practice.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care needs in a rehab and long-term care environment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and maintain patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor document and report changes in patient condition.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment care and health management.
Uphold infection control standards and patient safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.

Certifications (Must be active prior to start):

Valid NY State RN License or Compact License.
BLS Certification (AHA).
