Job Summary
Salary Range: $36/hour - $51/hour
Agency Placement Fee 25%
At Valley Regional Hospital patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nursing Supervisor is:
- Provides assistance direction consultation and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
- Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
- Ensure a safe effective and efficient patient care environment
- Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education informatics quality and patient safety professional development.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN - Preferred.
- Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure. - Required.
- Current BLS - Required.
- Current ACLS - Preferred .
- Three to five years relevant nursing experience. - Required.
- Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role. - Required.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
