TRAVEL - RN - REHAB (693) - Wesley Rehab - 7P - 7A Unit Information: (insert name/cost center): Wesley Rehabilitation Center/69321 Location: Wesley Rehabilitation Center Address: 833 North Vassar Avenue Wichita KS 67208 Floor: 1 Building: Rehab Center General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 41 Number of Staff currently have ***accepted; working towards ****** Type of staff: Day Shift 4 RN and 5 LPN Night Shift 4 RN and 4 LPN Patient Ratios 1:6 Type of equipment patient lifts; iSTAT glucometer administer inhalers/breathing treatments EMR Meditech Magic Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs LPNs) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. LPN must be IV certified BLS certified Read telemetry Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRN Certification Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting ACLS certified within 90 certified List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team Lab draws IV meds as needed blood administration as needed head to toe assessments Best personality Fit: Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plan/rehabilitation program Good communication skills Empathetic and patient advocate Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
