Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and confident Telemarketing Sales Executive(female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone calls, introducing our services, and engaging them in discussions regarding their interest in reselling, buying, or listing properties for rental purposes. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce the company’s services.
Ask clients about their interest in reselling, buying, or listing properties for rent.
Build rapport with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Provide accurate information about available services and guide clients through the process.
Record and update client details in the CRM system.
Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales/real estate team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during client interactions.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
