Job Summary

Description

Devsinc is hiring an SDR preferably a female candidate with 12 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation to support growth across the Europe Middle East and Africa region. This role owns outbound outreach lead qualification lead nurturing and pipeline creation working closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target companies and key contacts across Europe Middle East and Africa and initiate outreach via cold calls personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Execute email outreach campaigns for lead generation follow-ups and meeting booking (sales-focused not newsletters)
  • Research and engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) while mapping decision-makers including CEOs CTOs CISOs CMOs and Heads of Engineering.
  • Qualify outbound leads using BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline) before handoff.
  • Nurture unresponsive or cold leads through structured follow-ups and sequences.
  • Book 23 qualified discovery calls daily for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Develop strong product and market knowledge acting as an SME for Devsincs offerings and EMEA market.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach conversion and pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging ICPs and outbound strategy.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field.
  • Female candidate preferred with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 12 years of professional experience in Sales Development with strong exposure to outbound sales including cold calling cold emailing lead qualification and pipeline generation.
  • Proven ability to generate leads for the Gulf (GCC) region and successfully convert them into SQLs for Account Executives with a solid understanding of buyer personas and regional sales dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies including BANT qualification and objection handling.
  • Mandatory experience selling sales for technology software or IT services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or Pipedrive along with proficiency in outbound and prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Apollo Instantly Clay and G-Suite.
  • Hunter Mindset proactive outbound execution with disciplined follow-ups to move prospects from MQL to SQL.
  • Highly Organized & Results-Driven strong time management clean CRM hygiene accurate tracking and KPI-focused execution.
  • Resilient confident handling objections rejection and high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market-Aware understands Gulf / EMEA buyer behavior decision-making patterns and sales cycles.
  • Tech-Savvy & Growth-Minded quick to adopt sales tools and processes eager to learn and progress into senior sales roles.
