Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English adept at cold calling and closing warm leads and capable of quickly learning and adapting to our sales processes. This role requires a strong understanding of application forms document confidentiality and sensitivity. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills the ability to maintain and retain customer relationships and the capability to persuade customers who are considering leaving or switching to other processing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Closing Warm Leads: Effectively follow up on warm leads converting them into satisfied customers.
- Sales Process Mastery: Quickly learn and apply our sales processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every interaction.

- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions sales activities and any relevant information in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in email communications.
