Responsibilities
- Identify target companies and key contacts acrossUnited States and broader North American market using ICP-driven research.
- Executeemail outreach campaigns for lead generation follow-ups and meeting booking. (sales-focused not newsletters)
- Run structured email and call sequences for lead generation follow-ups and meeting booking.
- Research and engageIdeal Customer Profiles(ICPs) while mapping decision-makers includingCEOs CTOs CISOs CMOs and Heads of Engineering.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads usingMEDDICC-light/BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline)before handoff.
- Nurture unresponsive or cold leadsthrough structured follow-ups and sequences.
- Book23 qualified discovery calls dailyfor Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline ofSales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Develop strong product and market knowledge acting as anSME for Devsincs offerings and North American market.
- Maintain accurate CRM records andtrack outreachconversion and pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing toalign messaging ICPs andoutbound strategy.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Computer Science or a related field.
- 12 years of professional experiencein Sales Development Inside Sales orclient-facing B2B roles.
- Proven success inoutbound prospecting BANT-based qualification and pipeline generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills withwith excellent English fluency. (U.S. business standard)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such asSalesforce HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Proficiency with outbound and prospecting tools includingLinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Apollo Instantly Clay and G-Suite.
- Experience selling or supporting sales fortechnology software or IT servicesis a strong plus.
- Familiarity with U.S. & North American sales cycles buyer personas and decision making structures.
