Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at BPOHUB you will be the frontline of our revenue engine. Your primary responsibility is to build a high-quality sales-ready pipeline in the US market for our Finance & Accounting outsourcing services.

This is not a volume-based or spray-and-pray role. Success requires strong discovery skills business acumen and the ability to engage senior decision-makers Founders CEOs COOs Controllers and CFOs in meaningful conversations around scaling cost optimization compliance and financial leadership.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to refine targeting messaging and outreach strategies learning rapidly from what works and what doesnt.



Requirements


Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate new business opportunities through high-quality outbound prospecting (email phone LinkedIn account-based outreach).

  • Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) including:

    • US-based SMBs and mid-market companies

    • Founder-led PE-backed or growth-stage businesses

    • Organizations facing finance accounting or back-office scaling challenges

  • Build and execute personalized outreach sequences focused on valuenot volume.

Qualification & Discovery

  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand:

    • Current finance and accounting setups

    • Growth plans and operational pain points

    • Readiness for offshore or hybrid staffing models

  • Clearly articulate BPOHUBs value proposition:

    • Virtual CFO and accounting leadership

    • Secure and compliant offshore staffing

    • Cost efficiency without sacrificing quality

  • Qualify prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Sales Execution & Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and detailed activity and lead data in CRM and sales tools.

  • Track objections patterns and market insights to continuously improve messaging.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for:

    • Qualified meetings booked

    • Sales-qualified opportunities

    • Pipeline contribution

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine ICPs scripts and campaigns.

Growth & Professional Development

  • Actively participate in sales training call reviews and coaching sessions.

  • Continuously improve objection handling discovery depth and qualification skills.

  • Grow into future roles such as Senior SDR Account Executive or Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written).

  • 14 years of experience in:

    • Sales Development

    • Business Development

    • Cold calling or outbound B2B sales

  • Strong ability to hold business conversations not just follow scripts.

  • Proven resilience and consistency in high-rejection environments.

  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (Founders CFOs Controllers).

  • Highly organized self-motivated and accountable for results.

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot Salesforce Apollo Outreach etc.) is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience selling B2B services outsourcing staffing accounting finance or professional services.

  • Exposure to US market selling especially SMB or mid-market segments.

  • Ability to translate abstract services into clear measurable business outcomes.
