Location: Gloucestershire & Worcestershire (Rural Residential Homes)
Salary: 36000 per annum (Includes some sleep-ins and weekends)

Tasks
Lead shifts and support management in daily operations
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Provide therapeutic and emotional support to residents
Maintain regulatory and statutory standards (CQC/Ofsted)
Oversee day-to-day care routines and house activities
Complete and manage documentation reports and supervisions
Act as a positive role model and promote young peoples personal growth and independence
Requirements
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (mandatory)
Minimum age 21 (due to legal care requirements)
Minimum 2 years experience working in care (preferred)
Manual UK Driving Licence (required)
Right to Work in the UK
Ability to work a 39-hour week on a rotating 7-day shift pattern (including some sleep-ins and weekends)
Enhanced DBS check (provided and funded by us)
Strong leadership and documentation skills
No sponsorship provided
