What Were Looking For

Proven Care Coordinator experience within domiciliary care
Ability to manage rotas and respond quickly to service changes
Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Excellent communication organisation and time management skills
Confident working independently and making informed decisions

Key Responsibilities

Plan organise and maintain weekly rotas for care staff
Coordinate care visits to ensure timely safe and consistent support
Build strong relationships with carers clients and external professionals
Respond to day-to-day changes ensuring continuity of care
Support care workers with queries updates and service delivery needs
Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
