Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent (Essential)
Experience in Years Required:
Experience within a childrens residential setting required

This home is hiring 3 Senior Care Workers
The Home:
Number of Beds: Solo bed (1:1 or 2:1 staffing) OR Two-bed home (2:1 staffing)
Location: Not Provided
Type of YPs: EBD SEMH challenging behaviour
Ratio of staff to children: High staffing ratios (1:1 or 2:1)
Who we are looking for
A confident experienced professional who:
Has strong knowledge of statutory requirements and Childrens Homes Regulations
Can lead shifts guide staff and support young people with emotional and behavioural needs
Demonstrates strong safeguarding experience
Can confidently manage behaviours using PACE and Team Teach
Holds strong communication behaviour management and administrative skills
Is flexible to work shifts weekends evenings and sleep-ins
Is a positive role model and able to motivate a team
