What is the role
The person in this role is responsible for managing tender papers suppliercoordination 3PL liaising taking office inbound calls payment tracking and day to day tracking of routine office tasks. Some marketing support of administration tasks. Tracking orders from partners and shipping times from 3PL handling demo stockorders and RGA returns.
What are the key responsibilities
Administering and organizing tender submissions working closely to ensure seamless execution for Gem portal
Coordinating with suppliers and managing procurement processes for tenders.
Planning and executing marketing and promotional events in alignment with company goals.
Assisting India Country Director and Senior Marketing Specialist in smooth functioning of their admin work
Tracking payment from the distributors and working with the 3PL on orders
Providing operational support for ad-hoc projects to meet evolving business needs.
What education and experience are required
Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in operations logistics or healthcare industry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and operational management software.
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines
