Job Summary

Job Title : Inside Sales Executive - Export

Experience : 1-4 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive export sales through outbound calls WhatsApp and email outreach
  • Acquire and manage international B2B accounts (dealers distributors retailers)
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead pitch negotiation closure delivery follow-up)
  • Build repeat business and account growth through cross-sell/upsell
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Ensure collections and payment follow-ups as per policy
  • Achieve revenue conversion and retention targets
  • Provide market insights on pricing demand and competition
  • Support campaigns and promotions for export business growth
  • Ensure compliance with export and pharma norms

Requisites

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field
  • Experience in inside sales / telesales (pharma export / B2B preferred)
  • Strong phone selling negotiation and closing skills
  • Understanding of export markets and distributor networks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools spreadsheets and WhatsApp workflows
  • Ability to manage high-volume calling and sales targets
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Self-driven with strong execution and follow-up discipline
