We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to support brand visibility product positioning and market penetration across our clients FMCG portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets
- Coordinate product launches in-store activations and promotional campaigns across retail and wholesale channels
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and consumer behavior to inform tactical decisions
- Manage content creation and digital marketing efforts including social media email campaigns and website updates
- Liaise with sales production and distribution teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Support the preparation of marketing materials presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare post-activation analysis reports
- Maintain relationships with media agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 4 years experience in a marketing role within the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing brand management and retail dynamics
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Google Analytics Canva Mailchimp)
- Excellent communication project management and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
